Terms for using 1Capacity

These terms explain the rules for using 1Capacity across personal workspaces, organization workspaces, employee operations, documents, invoices, meetings, payroll preparation, and compliance workflows.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, accepting an invitation, connecting an integration, or using 1Capacity, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. What 1Capacity provides

1Capacity provides software for managing work, people, operations, documents, meetings, shifts, attendance, invoices, payroll preparation, compliance records, notifications, and audit trails.

Some features are designed for individual users and freelancers. Other features are designed for organizations, administrators, managers, and employees operating within a workspace.

3. Accounts and organization access

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for ensuring information you provide is accurate. Organization administrators are responsible for assigning appropriate roles, permissions, and access levels to their teams.

Employees and invited users may only access organization data where they have been granted permission.

4. Meetings and Google integrations

When a user connects Google Calendar, 1Capacity may create calendar events, add attendees, generate Google Meet links, and send meeting invitations based on the user's actions in the product.

Users are responsible for ensuring attendees, meeting details, and calendar information are accurate before saving or sending meetings.

5. Documents, signatures, and audit records

1Capacity may support document generation, document sending, electronic signatures, signing records, and audit logs. Users are responsible for confirming that documents are suitable for their intended legal, HR, or operational use.

Audit trails and signed records may be retained to preserve organization history and compliance evidence.

6. Payments, invoices, payroll, and wallet records

1Capacity may provide tools for invoice tracking, payment status, wallet ledgers, payroll preparation, and related financial records. These tools do not replace professional accounting, tax, payroll, or legal advice.

Organizations are responsible for validating payroll, tax, bank, invoice, and employee compensation details before processing payments.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use 1Capacity to violate laws, infringe rights, upload malicious content, misuse personal data, bypass access controls, impersonate others, or interfere with platform security and availability.

8. Service changes and availability

We may update, improve, limit, suspend, or discontinue features as the platform evolves. We aim to keep 1Capacity reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
